They are very comfortable now but the markings for suggested cutting lines were a bit odd and left the Insoles a rather odd shape and too wide to go in my shoe but once reshaped, they were okay and quite comfortable.Read full review

Cut the insole to a size 7 but felt the end of the insole on my toes. Also, the blue rubber part on the heel feels like a stone and doesn't feel comfortable at all. Wouldn't recommend it and not worth the money.Read full review
