Worth it
Omg! Those instructions... but the end result is worth it. It’s not too complicated, but having some common sense and patience will help. I assembled it on my own and took 3 hours. Works great once you have figured out the max log diameter by sight. Hope it lasts, as it makes easy work of those smaller branches and skinny trees. Safe enough to let sensible novices (like the missus) get on with it while I use the chainsaw for the big diameter stuff.Read full review

Its no wonder Scheppach do not want to assemble this log saw
The instruction manual is the poorest that I have read, a different saw is used in some of the assembly pictures.
There is no method of making the saw blade run parallel to the moving guards or vice versa.
Aligning some of the screw holes is a nightmare.
The log saw came with some parts missing.
Picture quality in the manual was abysmalRead full review

Excellent but hard to assemble.
No worries about the quality of product, but assembly was quite complicated and required a degree of skill, space and correct sized spanners etc. It took me several hours.
