I put that i don't recommend it because if your looking to try this for the spicy noodle challenge let me tell you it was quite disappointing... it isn't as hot as everybody made it seem. This 'Ish is Spicy Hot! Be Warned.

To most people who eat spicy, this is somewhat spicy to you but shouldn't be a problem finishing it. To the rest of you who don't do Spicy, you will have flames coming out of all places.
