Good TV, wish Energy Efficiency Rating was better too!

Happy with my purchase with respect to product performance, price and picture quality. Only shock was the energy efficiency rating that was in the G band.

Very poor.

Delivery was fine; installation and set up a bit confusing at first, but no major glitches.

Picture was awful, not a patch on the ten year old Panasonic it was to replace.

There were two major faults, the first was a washed out picture just like an over exposed photograph, that no amount of fiddling with the coiler balance, brightness or contrast could overcome.

The second was a muddy dark halo all round the outside of the picture, vey off putting when the camera panned across a racecourse .. the grass changed colour!

Returned for credit.
