It seems to be in good working condition. There are some scratches, but that was expected. The watch strap is provided separately, and is very cheap/ flimsy. This is probably a criticism more of the watch but I find lots of the measuring features, body composition, ECG, don't work.Read full review

Bought a new - other Samsung galaxy watch 4 from samsung good as new. The product as described is as good as new and came in an original box and Samsung sealed brown packaging.
