My Purchase so far is Fine. I cannot answer the question of the Battery Life as I have only started using it the last few days. it has many good functions, the Camera works fine. The phone is compact in terms of Features, but large like all phones today. my Apple 6S is smaller and I rate my iPhone brilliant.

Mic / Voice Call Problems !

In first few weeks, I felt it was an Excellent Phone. But later I realised it has one major built in fault, when other callers started to complain about my voice quality. So, be prepared that your voice may not be clearly heard by the other person over this phone.

Sadly though, I recently figured it out that this issue with (MIC / Voice call) is very common in these phones. There is no solution to this problem, and Samsung will not take responsibility any way. The reason is because it is only about the "Quality" of your voice. And if you hear you own voice on any (Voice Recorder app), you'd realise how it feels. Then how about the people whom you are going to talk to ?

However, it fairly works OK, when using earphone, but you can't rely upon them all the time. I am devastated, because I paid so much for the phone that still isn't working as expected.

Samsung Galaxy S5 - good phone and fun to use

I really like my Samsung S5 bought as an upgrade from the S3 mini so it's a bit bigger but easy to hold. Much faster than the S3 with lots of new features but I'm still finding out all the things it can do (not had it for long). The battery life seems reasonable - only needed to recharge about once a week so far. Photo quality seems good and I can see all the photos together which the S3 wasn't capable of. A good looking phone with endless possibilities

Have had the S5 before and would buy one again.
PRO'S; The camera takes amazing photo's. The screen is crisp and clear even in sunlight. S5 has an SD slot which they got rid of on the S6. It is light weight.

This phone ticks all the boxes for me large enough screen but still very pocket size charges quickly battery seems to last a fair while although it's not being used as my everyday phone. Has great sound quality when playing music both through headphones and over Bluetooth. If you are not chasing the latest model phone and just want great value in a phone that more than covers all the basis this is the real deal. Having been loyal to the Samsung S2 for some time, this is the ideal upgrade to a larger screen size and better lasting battery. Just a pointer if you like fm radio as part of the package, its missing in the S5 but their are plenty of internet alternatives available.
