New old phone
I'm old fashioned in thinking a mobile phone should be portable, so when I needed a new phone I quickly gave up on anything from the last 2 years.
This phone suits me as it is small enough to fit in my pocket, but still connects to the internet, plays tunes, sends texts and occasionally even makes phone calls.
The Android version is not updateable from 4.4 but everything still works fine.
The battery supplied with it didn't hold charge well, so I swapped for one from an old phone and it lasts a full day even with constant use on wi-fi.
The screen is clear and easy to read, with good colours when watching videos.
I've put an 8gb card in it and had no problems storing or retrieving data.
The box seal was broken on purchase, but I expected that with old stock. All the contents were there and were new.
Overall I'm very happy.

This product will no longer be supported by google -it has maybe one year left .It is OVERPRICED -the (operating software is OUTDATED ) For the price that these sell for there all in pretty BAD condition considering you can buy a new version Samsung 2017 -2018 -2019 for the same price

Great compact phone with average battery life
One of the best looking phones produced in my mind. Its battery life is rather limited and stock software pretty dated but either using Google Now Launcher to mask the old version of Android or loading LineageOS for the latest version of Android turns this handset into a truly lovely piece of kit.

Very good phone for its age
I have been buying the S4 mini for years. Even though there are newer phones now it is perfectly adequate for my needs. I like it because I can change the battery - I use the phone a lot for GPS recording and navigating while cycling and need a battery with a long life; the built in battery isn't very good but there are larger batteries available that will last for more than a day.Read full review

With a screen size of just over four inches, as far as I can see it's the only one of its kind available with a reasonable spec, including 4G, gorilla glass, 5GHz wifi and a micro SD slot with up to 64Gb extra storage.
