The treadmill was easy to set up, even though the instructions were not easy to follow (was something lost in translation?).It is easy to operate & works well without too much noise. It folds away nice & small.
The programmed exercises are good & take the thinking out of the whole learning to run process!
The only downside is that the heart rate monitor does not appear to work accurately, HR never goes above or below 72! though that's not a function I was bothered about, having my own HR monitor.Read full review
