Only thing that stopped me biting!

This stuff is great. Dries quickly and brush is good size so it’s easy to put on. I’m 35 and have always bitten my nails- unless I have gel on them which I couldn’t afford to do all the time. Works reasonably well and much better than cheaper brands.

It helps but I still had breakage at the side of the nails even though i cut them regularly and apply this stuff daily. This product is the best I have purchased and does make my nails stay long for a longer period of time. I do still get breakage though so it isn't perfect.
