Great product let down by cheap-feeling, flimsy and badly-functioning dispenser/ atomiser

I recommend this product, albeit reluctantly. It is very effective at soothing irritated skin. However, the dispense/ atomiser is so bad in performance, in my experience over several years, that I have had to unscrew the top and pour out product in order to get at it, and then dab it on rather than spraying it on. This makes the product, in practice, very poor value for money. On the basis of effectiveness, I judge the product to be of good quality.

If the manufacturer spent resources on improving the delivery of the product, providing a dispenser/atomiser that worked - something that other manufacturers manage without problem, on the evidence - then this would be an excellent product all-round, meriting five stars without quibble.Read full review
