This I perfect for my needs. The dog sounds realistic and barks just enough at appropriate times. You do have to work with it a bit to make it fit your needs. I had to move it from room to room to get the dog to bark when I wanted it and determine how many barks wanted. It is very important to find the right place to put it, and the correct volume.
