Sorry but this is not very good. It sticks quite a lot so you have to stop and knock it to free the hammer and the staples are too fat to drive fully in so you have to finish them with a hand hammer. Altogether a poor tool.Read full review

It works well with staples that fit in the staple holder:
The gap in the staple holder is 11mm.
The Stanley TRA709T staples are 10.75mm wide and work well. Many makes of Staples are a little over 11mm and they are not suitable for this stapler.Read full review
