For the price, it's terrific value and does exactly what I wanted it to do. I am getting up in age, a lifelong DIY'er, and even though I find it difficult now to do the same things I breezed through when I was younger, I still don't trust people I hire to do things right. I just like doing it myself, even if I have to buy a tool to do it. So I have found now that while I do have the manual tool, my arm and wrist and finger strength just isn't there anymore. Recently, I needed to do a repair replacing some sections of pipe. I figured I would need to do at least a dozen or more fittings. Was prepared to pay a lot more for the red (or blue) branded tools which I know and trust but they cost a lot more. When I saw this tool, I figured I would give it a try. What I can say is that it seems to be of good quality, and did exactly what I wanted it to do. Takes 5 seconds to do a connection. It cinches tight, then releases after a second or two so you can remove tool. None of the connections I did had any trouble. The only downside is that it wasn't compatible with the red and blue tools I currently have so I had to buy a whole set of battery/charger since this is tool only. Still was worth it. Not sure how it will hold up in a commercial or construction setting where it gets use day and night, but for what it costs, and for a typical consumer that isn't a contractor, should last a long time and well worth the cost.Read full review

Ryobi Cordless PEX Tubing ClampTool

This tool was a lifesaver for me. I had PEX fittings to clamp that were down in a 3 ft deep hole that I could only navigate head first. I would have never had the arm strength to use a manual clamping tool. This tool made the job very easy and doable.

My only wish would have been that its weight would have been slightly less, but I'm sure it weighs what it does because it is a tool built to last.

This is very easy to use and very accurate with the crimps that was designed to make. It works great in tight spaces compared to crimping with manuel crimpers.

This is definitely one of the worst products I've ever purchased. I bought it as an used working tool . I went to use it and it only grinds gears
