Works just as good or better as the name brand battery but less than one half the cost! My original battery did not have the power indicator so you could not check how much power was left before it was dead. A plus! I will purchase again.Read full review

I've probably have had this battery for over a year now, and it worked fine. It was a replacement battery for the ryboi tool kit,(2 batteries, circulsaw, drill, flash light, and ripcipuating saw). I started a new project and started using the batteries a lot more ( the older battery and this new battery). About 3/4 of the way through this project the new battery wouldn't take a charge, while the older battery was still going strong.Read full review

So far so good, one issue though
It fits tight in the drill, loose in the Ryobi One charger, have to move it around to get contact to charge, probably no big deal if it lasts a few hundred charge cycles I'll be satisfied. Time will tell.Read full review

Refurbished batteries - yay
It was great to find refurbished batteries for my Ryobi leaf blower that I have had for a number of years. I have used them & they perform as well as the other battery I have.

Most of the pack seems pretty good, but not sure about the battery capacity.
I've attached photos of the Ryobi-compatible battery pack I received around the beginning of June 2019, since it looks a little different from the product photo. It arrived with an open-circuit voltage of 18.88 volts, which seemed nominal, charged OK in a Ryobi charger, and fits and runs my drills OK. I was a little surprised to see it shipped from the Vanon store and is labeled on the bottom as a Vanon battery pack, but I suppose most if not all battery packs shipped from Plainfield Illinois share that heritage. I removed the four T10 screws holding the case together and examined the electronics inside the pack. The PCB had both a LM339 for the LED charge indication, and a Cellwise CW1053 battery protection circuit. I couldn't match the Lithium-ion batteries to those in an online database from what I could see, and the 18650HR15 marking made me wonder if they are actually 1.5 Ah cells instead of the advertised 2Ah. But, at least the batteries had a date code of 2019.03.09, which doesn't sound too bad for a battery pack received in June, 2019, and I guess I could live with a 1.5 Ah pack for their price.Read full review

Extended life for my tools.
