This toaster produces the most wonderful toast. I thought a toaster was a toaster - simply something that made toast BUT the toast we now make is totally different and tastes really great. with the various settings it is possible to produce beautifully browned toast. I've ticked yes to easy to clean and precise controls but have only used the toaster twice so far, so haven't cleaned it, and can't comment on whether the controls are precise, but I imagine they probably are. It does have several settings to choose from when toasting.

Very pleased with this toaster, it isn't as unpredictable as the cheapie I had previously. No more fire alarm going off from charcoal toast and no more torn crumpets that need digging out.
