Value for money
Let me start of with saying 'you get what you pay for', so don't expect this product to match the quality you get with the products that are significantly more expensive. In general the roof light looks the part and performs accordingly. It is relatively light weight and the flashing does its job correctly. My only negative comment would be that the mounting of the window feels a bit flimsy when opened as you can move it from side to side for a cm or so. The long and short of it
This product is ok. For the price, it's probably pretty decent. I have a slight issue with the manufacturer literature because one of the images shows it fitted 'landscape', but it can't actually be fitted landscape, which is what I bought it to do. I accept it's not explicitly stated that it can, but is implied via the imagery, so take note if you were thinking similar. On manipulating the window into place one of the fixing straps sheered off, so beware not to over-work these. Read full review

Decent quality skylight window. I used it th replace the original cast iron one, which was leaking (circa 1955). It was straightforward to fit and has stood up well to Storm Atiyah, so I don't see any reason to doubt it will be in place for a long time yet.Read full review
