Good (depending on colour)

I’ve used both brown and blue colours, the blue doesn’t go on very well (especially in warm weather) as it separates and runs off before soaking in the wood, it took 5 coats to get a good finish but after one winter it’s peeling off. The brown was completely different, covers really well and leaves a very waterproof barrier after 2-3 coats that has lasted very well over two winters. Read full review

Nice colour (cornflower) put watery paint

Extremely watery and therefore numerous coats required - we had to put 4 coats on each fence panel!

Colour is nice and pleased with the outcome but just disappointed with the actual paint being so watery (for comparison neighbours used a different make and only put 2 coats on their fence panels)Read full review

Not such a good buy

I was very disappointed with this product, it was like coloured water, and l gave up, after 3 coats on one fence panel failed to produce even coverage. lt would have needed another 2 coats! Faced with 14 8ft panels to do, and a picket fence, l shall be looking for a far more substantial product! Read full review

Ronseal shed and fence paint

I got this colour for a change it’s a lovely cornflower blue, had lots of compliments. Did take 3 coats to cover the brown underneath but it was worth the hard work for the results

Ronseal used to be bril!

Used Ronseal in past so was happy to purchase. This lot is like water, beware. I still have last batch-twice as thick. Clearly Ronseal have watered product down. I cannot recommend this product any more. Shame. Read full review
