Lightweight, rather than Heavy Duty.
I bought this Saw Horse to replace an older one of an identical design, which I had passed on to my son.
Unfortunately, the description of Heavy Duty is misleading, as this Saw Horse is far more lightweight than my previous one. It still does the job, but lacks the stability and hence my confidence, in use.
Assembly is straightforward enough, but then I have experience - a first-timer might find it more challenging!Read full review

Lightweight materials and weak
This is described as a rugged, heavyweight item; when it arrives, it is all but this.
Very flimsy with rough edges and I would not trust it to support the weight they claim, especially when I’m using a chainsaw!
I would recommend paying a little more and getting a truly sturdy one - something I should have done, and will be doing as I won’t risk using this at all.Read full review

Value for money
Holds the wood well and seems to be very sturdy but haven't tried it on anything too heavy yet. If something could be improved it would be clearer graphics on the assembly instructions and to make it a little easier/compact to storeRead full review

Ideal for my purpose. Light but strong.
Despite the fact that two of the supporting struts were too long ( it wasn't worth sending it back) I had to drill extra holes in the metal struts, it was good value for money.

The teeth work really well
I found the teeth hold the cord wood really well ensuring safe chainsawing. I also prefer to have the horse on slightly softer ground (grass) where I can push the feet into the ground adding stability. A very practical and cost-effective product.Read full review

RUN AWAY BEFORE YOUR RIPPED OFF!
After trying to assemble this saw horse in numerous ways the result is always the same, it remains buckled, light weight and unstable. Due to the buckled effect you are unable to squarely close the item for storage. Also, the support bars on the legs are unfinished that makes the edges sharp as a knife and very dangerous when trying to close or open legs. Save yourself an injury and money by steering well clear from this amateur engineer and their cheap and nasty saw horse.Read full review

Poor quality
The instructions provided were almost useless, some of the machined screws were not made properly and had to be replaced and once made it is pretty wobbly even with everything tightened.
I would not buy this again although it was cheap, I would pay more and get a better product.Read full review

Excellent - but only once it is assembled as it is very difficult to put together
My partner and I really struggled to assemble this product. No instructions and the picture was of little help. It is very complicated and time consuming to put together! In fairness once assembled it does the job and is very much fit for purpose which is why I am still recommending it.Read full review

Good product poor fittings
Yes please use nut and bolt , not those silly round head ones.
A screw driver won’t hold them so that you can tighten nylock nuts.
Better assembly drawing.
It’s a shame you spoil a good item with shoddy fittings and poor instructions.Read full review
