I have a Toyota C-HR hybrid so the power required to start the hybrid system is smaller than a conventional ICE engine, only having to close a few relays.
Recently had to get the RAC out to jump start the car as the auxiliary (small) battery had discharged somewhat to 9 Volts. I bought this piece of kit after doing some research as it was good value for money from the retailer I purchased from and it should easily have enough power for my requirement. Not had to use it yet and hopefully not ever, however it does seem to be a quality item with good build quality and good reviews. Seems to be a reliable well known brand as opposed to some of the offerings out there. Supplied with a nice nylon bag for storage. I store mine under the front passenger seat as the glove box is already full. Note: I would stow it in the cabin as if power is lost and your vehicle has remote locking you may not be able to retrieve it from the boot whereas if it's in the cabin you should be able to unlock the car using the emergency mechanical key. Fit for purpose - does the job

This product was suggested to me by a member of the family. Have a hybrid car and battery had gone flat for no known reason. Used this item and it worked brilliantly so hence I bought one.

Compact and seems straight forward to use. Although I have not used it in anger to jump start a vehicle yet - and, with any luck, I may not have to - it gives me the peace of mind that it's there if I need it.

A nice neat unit which I have now fully charged- as a matter of interest the blue charging light continues to flash continuously even after a full charge so its best to check when the 2 hours, maximum charge time is reached.
