No panda eyes

This is much better for me as I didn't end up with panda eyes. I have tried high end ones eg. Dior, estee lauder , ysl etc. This maybe a lot cheaper than the other ones but it works for me as I have tried many over the years. I also have sensitive eyes and had no problems. Read full review
