Just as good as in 1996

I played this game since I was in 4th grade, I remember a kid named Spencer won it at some thing the goose at school was doing and getting to look at it in school and how scary it was. The gameplay I couldn’t make it passed the first dogs cause the game scared me so much. I still play this game and love it to this day and reliving the anxiousness and excitement of a truly scary game. I haven't played the original Resident Evil since release. I know the graphics are dated but that doesn't matter to me, it's still a great classic survival horror game. very nice game. it was sort of hard to win it in the normal mode, sometimes frustrating, as i did not play it in easy mode.
but the story is very much interesting as most of the Resident Evil games are. it's worth it to play it just be prepared to lose and load again the game.
