Pehaps the time release works better than Natrol.
Natrol is far less expensive, but maybe it is not as good.

Not worth the extra cost

I use regular Melatonin and it works for me. This product only was effective for about three hours then I had to take the regular melatonin to get back to sleep and the regular is much less in cost with the same results. I will not buy any moreRead full review

Remfresh works better than Natrol

My husband's sleep specialist doctor recommended it. He tried the 2%, and found it to be better than taking 5 mg of Natrol melatonin, so I tried it. It worked well for me too!
