Regardless of value the taste is BAD

I can't really report the effectiveness of its weight gain ability because the product is so unpleasant to drink I haven't been able to keep a steady routine with it. The texture is like sand. The taste is very unpleasant. The serving size is atrociously big. Even at half the recommended serving size, I am almost gagging after each attempt to drink. It is also not a product you can sip over a period of time. If the temperature drops below ice cold the taste is so off-putting I just don't drink it.

I bought this instead of the usual Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass because the stats were similar and Reflex Nutrition was cheaper and seemed to have great reviews. If the taste is important to you then Optimum Nutrition tastes like heaven compared to this. Even the texture of the powder is 100% more luxurious than Reflex Nutrition.

I was a bit optimistic buying my usual 5kg of a new product before knowing if I liked it or not. If you do want to try out Reflex Nutrition I'd recommend getting the smallest size first.

Maybe the gains will be good if I stick with Reflex Nutrition but the experience is so unpleasant I might just scrap it all together. The gassy side effects are pretty immediate too.Read full review
