Whether you have already played Red Dead on previous gen or have never played it; you should buy this immediately and play it as this is one of the Best Games of All Time (in my humble opinion). And if you have an XBOX ONE X... this is a No Brainer! Unfortunately, Rockstar did nothing in terms of a remaster and Undead Nightmare STILL has several glitches including the ANNOYING headless "phantoms" that force you to restart an area (one of the few things I disliked about the game). Red Dead itself is a 5 STAR GAME. The Undead Expansion is a 3.5 due to glitches. Like I mentioned, the game is not remastered and issues from the X360 days still exist... HOWEVER... playing on the X virtually eliminates any screen tearing or frame drops. Sheer, brute power of the latest console and how it handles non-optimized games is simply amazing. Not saying this game is a reason to buy an XBOX ONE X, but if you already have one... again a No Brainer. :)Read full review

RDR Reedems Itself over A Decade later
This game is amazing! It stood the test of time and it is still better then some of the newer games out there! I am a HUGE fan of the Red Dead World and i just had to have this after i finished playing and beating (like 11 times) RDR2. Red Dead Redemption is awesome!

Graphics are good storyline is good. This game is for Adults!!Not for kids. There’s bad language and the kills are graphic. It would probably scare a kid. With that said, for an adult game it’s good

Nice to follow up characters from RDR2
If I weren't hooked on RDR2 I'd be blown away by the graphics, but RDR2 is beyond fantastic... RDR is okay, but not as quick reaction time and smooth transitions as RDR2. Like the game, and when the kids hog the Xbox1 I can play this on my Xbox360... so glad I have itRead full review

Great graphics/lots of in game options to discover
Aside from being forced to follow a particular mission early in the game, the gamplay and graphics are amazing for Xbox 360. I haven't heard much cursing except some in cutscenes (which can be skipped) but a language/minimal blood filter would still be a nice option. I also wonder why there are no kids or families in the towns like a real western town would have. Nevertheless can't wait to discover more of the wild west in the open world while trying to stay alive.Read full review
