Different but in a good way!
It took me about 3 days to get used to the taste but now I love it! You can definitely taste the cloves and I use it to my advantage. I'm try to watch what I eat so when I get hungry for something that's not good for me I brush my teeth. Stops the craving right then and there. Also, I don't have dental insurance and I lost a tooth. I was worrying about getting an infection but I don't have to with this toothpaste. I love it!! Definitely worth a try! Patience is a virtue when it comes to this toothpaste.
