Best smudgy, practical, efficient eyeliner on the market

Must be my 7th purchase, nothing else comes close. Easy, creamy and smooth to apply; a little smudger at the end to smudge in the colour; no need for a sharpener, the pencils only break anyway…this just swivels up. Just perfect 😁Read full review
