We love the Pure Wave CM7 in our office! Works great!

Patients love it! I have one attachment that doesn't stay on well. It's the smooth one that you press on and is good for around the joints or can be used in massages. It works well if there is enough massage lotion. If there isn't it falls off in the middle of using it making it annoying during a massage to turn the machine off and restart. If used around the neck/head can rattle the brain a little because it's so strong. Love the facial massage attachment. Great for working with seasonal issues. While the item stated open box, it had refurbished printed on the box, and indeed came with a lot of scuff marks. The item itself works fine, and is a great product.
