Really enjoy this tea at night I have insomnia it seems to help probably psychological but it’s delicious.
I love the fact that they are all in envelopes as well keep them really fresh and easier to carry round always have a variety in my handbag

This really works to relax for dreamy sleep. Place a bag in half cup water & let it steep for 5 minutes. My cat loves the smell I give him a teaspoon full which he laps up.!! I recommend these bags if you have difficulty in sleeping. Maybe read a book to help drift off.Read full review
