Proxxon 28481 Precision Tool

Better than any Dremel, Dont buy a Dremel buy this!

i bought this to replace my old dremel 4000 (that went up in smoke and overheated) and from the start this tool is a much better choice! its not much difference in price to a dremel 4000 as well. my old dremel used to get hot even with no load as long as it was powered it would get hot. it would vibrate quite a bit too. this tool has no vibration smooth running at low and high speeds. its also a bit quieter than a dremel too.

if you are looking at one of these and a dremel is an option just DONT waste your money on the Dremel this is a much nicer heavy duty tool. even on full speed and under load it barely gets warm. the case is very nice and roomy its very well made unlike some blow moulded cases you get with tools. i managed to also fit a box with my old dremel bits in it in the case and still be able to close it as well.

highly reccomend this but if you are on a budget also look at the Proxxon FBS 240/e its a cheaper version of this, and that was the one iwas going to buy before i changed my mind and got this one. Read full review
