The unit can only operate with a remote control , which I was not aware of , and am having a very hard time finding one ,and presently can not operate the projector.

Picture quality is excellent. The only down side no audio via hdmi. Works excellent with external media players. You will need a separate powered device for audio playback.

My biggest complaint is that the power cord wasn't included. The projector works but is a little scuffed up on the lens. I just used the bulb but would have been terribly disappointed if I had purchased this projector without having a power cord already.
