Works well, but perhaps a little too well for it's own good!
I purchased this with the hope of clearing a high-RPM stuttering on my 2001 ZX-6R J2. I added a treatment to a full tank, and within 50 miles, the back had a much improved throttle response throughout the rev range (which was a nice surprise, as i thought it was already running well).
Unfortunately, shortly after (on the same tank of fuel with cleaner), the bike started to flood one of the carbs and I could smell unburnt fuel and the bike was running on 3 cylinders and trying to stall at low RPM. My theory is that the cleaner dislodged some dirt/sediment out of the float bowls which ended up redeposited in the needle valve, meaning the fuel to the carb couldn't be fully stopped. I ended up stripping the carbs and cleaning them anyway and resolved the issue.
In summary, I believe this is a good, effective product... I'm just writing this as a warning that it has the possibility to create new issues and cause you to strip the carbs and clean them manually anyway.
My recommendation is that this is definitely worth using before resorting to stripping carbs; in my case it forced my hand!Read full review

Works for most apparently ...but not me
Read lots of good reviews on Amazon for this stuff so thought I would give it a try in my ZZR1100 carbs. To give some background information I had put new pilot jets in ultrasonically cleaned carbs about ten months ago and the bike was running perfect. However the bike is used infrequently sometimes with six week gaps between rides and probably a lot longer over the winter!
And so eight months down the line the dreaded low tick-over starts and with no further adjustment to play with on the idle speed adjustment I opted for the Profi Fuel Max (which is supposed to be better than Sea Foam) but alas with no success. I went on two long runs of about 70 miles each. the first with the recommended dosage in the tank and the second with an even higher dosage of PFM, but with no joy. THE BEST CAR CLEANER
I have been into motorcycles over 50 year.this product is the best.i had a faze running crappie below 3.5k so I put a bit stronger mix than recommended still not great after 1 tank so tried a second .bought gaskets and stainless bolts as I thought it was car strip time.the pilot jets are tiny .so I to the bike out for an hour kept below 4k.i didn't go out for a while.And when I went to start after standing for 3 to 4 days. Very surprised it fired up instantly sounded different rode spot on it had cleared the problem and running fine.one complaint bought gaskets etc and didn't need lol.totally reccommend . I unfortunately left fuel in my stored motorcycle and when i tried to start it I had lots of problems with cutting out etc . I added this additive and within a few miles it had cleared the problem and the bike has been running well since . Would recommend.Read full review

Worked a treat
Used this mixed with a full tank of fresh fuel in my 2003 Yamaha FZS1000. Within 10 miles or so the bike was running smoother and had a more responsive throttle. Seemed to have restored its power. My bike had done a lot of sitting about over the last few years with little use.Read full review
