Simple DIY Job

Used this to fit rivnuts (aluminium) to my old Freelander. Takes a bit of grip strength, especially if you are in an awkward position but it did this job well. Ideal for the odd job but if you are looking to rivnut items a lot a bigger bit of kit would be better.Read full review

heavy with poor inserts.

found it very difficult to use, the inserts are a tad to short when screwed in fully and needed couple of washes behind where you screw into body. still hard to compress. so reverted to useing a nut and bolt instead. wouldnt recommend.Read full review

AWFUL

After 10 stainless a2 grade m6 rig nuts this tool was done. Ie the tool had bend, the guides were chewed and all i did was use human strength as it's not an air tool etc.

I have a heavy duty riv nut tool but bought this for a one off remote job. I'd avoid this tool like the plague, it's cheap, nasty and not upto the task.Read full review

Terrible quality product

This rivnut tool collapsed like it was made from cheese, I managed to install one 8mm rivnut and half install another before the solid metal head (which pulls through the threaded bar) completely mangled itself.
