The 10 round mags are junk mine only held 3 without spiting the shells out I asked for a new one they said I had to send it back first and go with out my gun for that amount of time so I just switched back to my wood stock never receved a replacementRead full review

Thanks Tarkov, you made my rifle better

It's awesome! This stock took my horribly sporterized Mosin (previous owner) with horrible recoil and terrible ergonomics, to having amazing ergo and practically no recoil.

With the old Monte Carlo stock, my shoulder hurt after a couple minutes at the range, now my should feels great after a solid hour there.

I did have a few fitment issues, but an hour of Dremel work and fine sandpaper, fixed that.

Love this stock

This thing is built solid. No need to worry about breaking. It's does add some weight to the rifle but I only shoot off the bench anyway. The grip feels good and length of pull is easily adjusted although at first the knob might be a little stiff but it gets better with time. I have no problem with the 5rd mag but the 10rd has some issues that I don't feel are that big a a deal since I usually use the 5rd mag and shoot 1round at a time. I only do range shooting so I don't need 10 rounds in the first place. In the 10rd mag the rounds pop out if you bump or shake the mag but I'm sure there might be a YouTube video of how to fix this problem. I'm not looking for a "hi cap" mag in a bolt action anyway. What you really really want

I was skeptical at first. As the build came together, it is just perfect to turn a Mosin-Nagant 91/30 into a modern sport rifle. I imagine it is a matter of taste to refit a Mosin. The OPFOR Archangel turned out to be the best solution I found. I fitted a Rock Solid M-24 rail system on the barrel. Iron sights or scoped, it is hard to improve that combination.Read full review

Excellent quality, fit & finish

This stock is fantastic and raises my old Mosin Nagant to a real distance shooter.
The fit was perfect. The only mod I had to do was to shave a tiny bit from the stock on the inside / back side of the trigger guard. There was just a bit too much material there to allow the bolt release to remove the bolt.Read full review

As for the stock itself it is very strong and fairly straight forward build. As in all the arch angels for Russians it is necessary to remove a small amount of material directly behind the bottom portion f the trigger to guarantee sear release. As for Ebay pricing if is what retail is running. Arch angels are out there at cheaper prices than on the Bay.Read full review
