POOR INSTRUCTIONS

the instructions were in numerous language variations even though in english also, i found it difficult to make out the instructions !! I contacted the Retailer selling the product asking if they had a video i could watch only to be told they didnt do a video but other companies on youtube did which were SIMILAR TO THERE PRODUCT!! that i could watch !!
