Pleased with this item as keeps liquid really hot. I like the fact that you press the stopper to open it, so that it creates a vacuum and helps keep the liquid really hot.

Simply does not work.

This flask looks good out of the box, but when you look inside you see that the inner part of the flask is metal rather than the glass I was expecting. I had my doubts about this so I tested the flask with a fresh pot of tea. Here's what I found.

After about ten to fifteen minutes, the outside of the flask was getting warm. This obviously meant that the internal heat was being lost. And indeed, after an hour or so, the contents were lukewarm. After two hours, they were cold.

In a side by side test, the 20 year old vacuum flask that this product was mean to replace kept the contents hot for over seven hours.

In short, this flask just does not work. Not worth considering.Read full review

Don't bother

Hot liquid went cold within 2 hours . Flask was almost untouchable due to heat transfer . Handle broke after about 4th-5th use . Definitely would not buy again

IS IT CLEANABLE

I replaced a similar product ( different manufacture ) that I had for a few years. The screw thread broke on the push button pourer/opener and therefore leaked . (I used to unscrew it after every use to wash it )
The new flask, which seems okay but, pours out of the push button, as did the previous product, but also out of the side of that cap. Not a problem but doesn't seem to be correct to me. Anyway it does what it is supposed to do !

Can't possibly be for food, too tall

This in the picture looks like a short dumpy flask that you can use for food, not at all, it's a tall flask which can only be used for hot or cold drinks

I bought this for an old lady with arthritis. She can't make brews but if I make her a flask she can have a cuppa all day with the easy pour spout. Brilliant little thing.

This is a perfectly goo thermos flask for liquids. The photo makes it appear squat with a wide opening but it’s only slightly larger than s normal flask. It will be very difficult to put solid food in it - so, in my opinion not fit for purpose.Read full review
