Only induction cooker this size on the market and it does its job well.

This thing is great. I used to have the non induction version years ago, but it eventually wore down and I replaced it with an All American 921. The 921 is still much better quality, but it also costs quite a bit more and is not induction compatible which is the main reason I got this as the 921 unfortunately does not work with my new burner. Great pot!

You can tell that the pot is made for induction. The clad base of steel has little holes in it. Probably so the base does not overheat the induction stove which it didn't.
(I will not recomment bying a steel conversion disk for any ordinary aluminium pressure canners as it quickly overheated the stove and turned it of).
I bought a proffesionel single induction stove on 3500 watt that can hold 60 pounds of weight (Royal Catering). (The pot gets very heavy especially during waterbath canning). The pot came to pressure in only 30 min! (holding 10 Weck jars 580 ml, wich are the standard here in Europe).
