This is the best nasal product for surviving cold dry winters, also helps with summertime allergies. use once in morning, and once before bed, helps sinuses open and drain, and nosebleeds due to overdry nose are much less frequent. I got this for my Niece, who is prone to winter nose bleeds like me, she LOVES this stuff! She stopped using all other nasal products, and uses only Ponaris. She now has my sister using it as well.
