Case, manual, and inserts only--all as expected

It was just the case, manual, and inserts. No damage to the printed bits, just a bit of scuffing on the clear plastic cover sleeve--totally expected. Inserts and manuals were free of damage--just the expected level of curling these DS cases cause naturally. As an aside, the cover art is really pretty with that holofoil background.

I'd purchased the bare games separately a long while ago, so it's great to be able to get cases for them now and make them a bit safer to store. (The games are also great!)Read full review

Best Gen 4 Main Title

This game is a great place to explore the Sinnoh region, especially before the remakes come out! Very nostalgic and brings back those happy memories :) The story is really good and Cynthia is one of the best Poké champions. Great game, high prices

Platinum is one of the most fun and lore-heavy games for the DS. It tends to freeze at times, but this is actually very common amongst copies of the game, because of the fit in the DS slot. Just make sure to save your game frequenly.
Although I got the game for a better price than anything else I saw, the used gaming market is pretty bad right now. So, save your money and wait until prices are normal again unless you're absolutely itching for an authentic copy. Read full review

An absolute steal for the market this item is in! The game runs perfectly and can transfer Pokémon up to 5th generation and further. Couldn’t be happier! Card is readable and it saves. Plays good although didn't realize how different it was from Diamond or Pearl until I started playing it. I noticed the wrist watch has two buttons (forw/rev) where as Diamond has a forward button on its watch. Didn't know that until I played it. The case is in good overall condition. The game CIB is a bargain compared to other offerings. Everything is in excellent condition and the game runs smoothly. As for the game itself, I noticed it runs a lot faster and that there’s a lot more content than Pokemon Diamond. The cartridge itself has a little bit of trouble sliding into the slot, but it really isn’t that difficult to push it in.
That’s my only, small complaint. Everything else works perfectly and the game looks like it’s in great shape.

This game is amazing! I’ve played most other Pokémon generations and this game has to be among my top 3 games, along with B2W2 and Emerald. My advice, however, is to try to find an auction for a low price instead of paying $60+ for a copy. I got mine for $35. :)Read full review
