Works great, the only one thing I would say is you can’t just shake them out, I lay them on kitchen roll to drain and then tear open the bag gently and separate the egg from the bag. I will be buying some more of these.Read full review

They simply don't work

Unfortunately these poachies did not work at all for me. I followed the instructions exactly and the egg stuck fast in the pouch and just would not come out of its own accord when tipped upside down. Only after some heavy shaking did it start to come out but the egg got all broken up as a result of the shaking. I did also try wetting the inside of the poachie bag and that made no difference. In total I wasted about 4 eggs in trying to master the technique.

I would love to know how the other reviewers who gave it 5 stars use these Poachie bags to get the egg to come out easily. Its a mystery to me.

So I cannot recommend these at all. I have continued to poach eggs the usual way.

Best poached eggs ever

I have had the best tasting poached eggs using these. They are a little fiddly to get the eggs out once cooked and do hold some water so need to drain before tipping onto toast - otehrwise you get soggy toast !!Read full review

Not as expected

For 20 days breakfast you pay nearly £5. I now use silicone egg holders that cost £2 for two and will last ages. The bags themselves have to be used carefully but once mastered does a decent job. I just cannot get myself to recommend them as each time I place a bag in a glass and crack an egg some of the white goes into the glass.Read full review

Love these their so easy to use, I love eggs in the morning from my own chickens I had them soft boiled because I couldn't find a really good poacher these work really well you have no waste and they don't stick so you get all your lively egg. Would recommend these.Read full review
