Definitely, this is the most effective product for under eye bags that I've used. The serum works better than the cream, but the cream lasts longer into the day. I was not sure if this would work. I was so surprised it really does work!!! Highly recommend if your wondering if it will work for you, take it from this 73 year old girl its amazing

It did feel as if it tightened the skin.
