Brilliant earpiece
This is the 5th Explorer 55 I've bought (only as I keep losing them or putting them through the wash). They are perfect if you have small ear canals as the button type just fall out. They are comfortable, small, work well in wind or noisy surroundings and very easy to set up. I had a Jawbone which didn't work nearly as well and cost a lot more. Considering these are around £20 they are brilliant. I'd recommend these to anyone.Read full review

The battery no last 11 hours never. I just got this week ago, and the battery no last more than 4 hours. Everyday I have to charger them, and only speak about 20 minutes during the day. Just waist money. Read full review

A Great little headset

Great for a driving job
I was gutted when I lost my Plantronics ML20 headset. (So easy to lose if you remove a jumper!) But the Explorer 55 does the same job. It's only slightly bigger (possibly) but just as light and possibly more comfortable to wear.Read full review

Doesn't look flash but excellent sound and microphone.
This is the third Plantronics bluetooth earpiece I've owned over the last ten years. Lost the last one and had to go back to the original as a temporary measure (it still worked but battery fading with age).
The most important thing is the speaker and microphone are really good. I did try a couple of cheaper ones before this Plantronics, but the microphones were awful and could hardly be heard.
What is noticeable over the years is overall finish has declined but the price hasn't. The button is hard to find and an all black item is even harder to find in a dark car interior, but at least it works very well with a long talk time, which is why overall I've given it a 5 star rating.Read full review
