This is an amazing headset. Cristal clear both sides. So much better than my old voyager. I thought it was amazing this one smashes it. The voice controls are superb. When you turn on it tells you with a press of a button how much call time you have left. Starts with about 7 hours. I would recommend so highly. Very clever piece of kit

The sound quality is amazing people often can't tell I'm on a Bluetooth. And background noise is absolutely minimal. I think it looks stylish on although it's quite big and heavy compared to some Bluetooth headsets. The App is great so easy to use and increases functionality of device.

Cons: because it's quite heavy prolonged use can definitely feel uncomfortable.

Automatic call answering I have found to be a bit bit and miss.

And talk time is a bit low. But if using storage case with battery charger capacity it's not to big an issue.Read full review

Fabulous Plansonic

Really impressed with this headset, can log to two items (wish it was more) with voice help. To answer just say "answer" and thats it no buttons to push if connected to your mobile phone or one button to click if its connected to your Bluetooth desk phone (Cisco SPA525G is an excellent companion).
I truly believe Plantronics got it right with this one right. If yours has the US voice you can upgrade it for free on their web site to the GB voice. Loads of accessories such as soft faux leather carry case, non-Bluetooth desk phone interface, charging case (oh yes !) and their BT300 allowing you to connect to a PC using Xlite etc, the competition have a long way to go to beat this product !Read full review

Excellent but complex

This is the third version of this mike I've bought for voice dictation. Sound quality is first rate and the device and storage box are excellent in design.
It's much more complicated to use than the previous versions and I needed to call Plantronics to get them to talk me through the settings necessary to pair it with the PC. Now that I am over that, it's an excellent purchase.Read full review
