Pink Panther 5 DVD set good but slightly long and a little dated.

Whilst the Pink Panther film ideas are great, several decades later I think that there is "too much padding" and that at least half an hour couldbe trimmed from each film's run time.
Nice to see so many current well known actors looking much younger in different roles.
The first films cartoon opening is excellent and worth the money just for that.Read full review

The only thing wrong with this collection - and the only thing that stopped me giving it five stars - is the fact that, amazingly, it doesn't include the best of all the films, The Return of the Pink Panther! We have the cobbled-together (and frankly exploitative) Trail of the Pink Panther, made after Peter Sellars died, but not the jewel in the crown, the best and funniest of the whole series!
