It works perfectly for certain types of tinnitus but not others.

Although it doesn't work for everyone, nothing else works for my tinnitus. It works right away. I suspect that tinnitus has to do with some lack of vitamin B, which greatly affects the brain, and I figure the added herbs must help, too, since this formula works immediately and very effectively to get rid of my tinnitus. But, because it only works for certain kinds of tinnitus, it gets bad reviews from people with that kind of tinnitus, so it disappears from the market, then reappears as another product. The 1st lot i got, eased the ringing slightly. The pills were a light brown colour. I bought some more. This time they were dark in colour and had no effect. Not impressed

I have tried numerous things to get rid of tinnitus. Once again, I got another product that does not work. Even after taking it for several weeks, there was no change.

Used this product starting 7/1/18 to 10/30/18 and Tinnitis was almost gone. Best result was two wks from start I could walk into another room and remember what I was going there for.
