Back to new.
I bought a second hand tx200 in walnut. It had a few small marks on the stock from being knocked. I wanted to restore it back to like new, without making the stock look like a French polished table. I gently sanded the stock and cleaned with mineral spirits. Then applied 2 coats of this oil by hand. Work it in well, I did mine for about half an hour each time. You only need a small amount, say a teaspoon per coat if that. The gun looks fantastic now. Just like new and with a nice satin finish as opposed to a French polished shine. I'm very happy with my results.Read full review

Warm fingers.
This oil works really well on walnut rifle stocks.
It is easy to apply -- Just keep massaging it into the wood and feel your fingers getting warm.
After a few coats, the finish is very gratifying.Read full review

Gun Stock Oil
A good quality oil. Apply very, very sparingly. Suggest start with the smallest smear and rub in vigorously. This will give an idea of spread/coverage. Drying can take more than a day but can buffed off if gun required for use.Read full review

Best oil for your gun stock
Easy to apply, best doing that putting small amount on palm of your hand and rubbing it in. Friction with your hand causes heat and helps break the oil down and be absorbed by the wood. Used it on my BSA R10 MK2 walnut stock, really brought out the grain and helps protect the wood, happy to recommend using it.Read full review

Excellent quality oil
Highly recommend this walnut oil - have used this product for many years and have always been very satisfied with results. There are many others on the market but this is the BEST and this small bottle lasts a long time so it's real value for money and the results are excellent.Read full review
