excellent toothbrush for the money

Does a good job of cleaning. Automatically shuts off after 2 minutes with 30 second interval alerts reminding you to switch to another row of teeth. This was purchased to replace the exact same model I bought 4 years ago and would no longer hold a charge. Don't know if that's the expected life for an electric T-brush. So can't speak with confidence about its durability. Didn't look at other models for replacement as I had a drawer full of replacement heads I had purchased a year ago and I liked this model. Sonicare toothbrushes are the best

I have owned a Sonicare toothbrush for over 20 years and won't be without one. My teeth feel soooo clean after I have brushed. I bought this style 2 1/2 years ago and was using a diamond clean brush when the base of the metal stem that holds the brush became unstable. It was out of warranty, so I did not bother to call the company. I decided to buy the exact style again and use an intercare brush head only. It appears that it cannot handle the diamond clean brush head- I don't know why. Hopefully, this brush handle will last for many years. I like the style of the handle and the 3 choices you have on how you can brush your teeth. The brush easily pulls off to clean the base and bottom of the brush. If this one does not last, I will go back to Sonicare's original screw on head- if they still make them. Sonicare toothbrushes are the best. My dental check-ups prove it. Read full review

really cleans your teeth

Have been using it for about 10 days. Really leaves your teeth feeling clean. I don't know whether it removes stains better than any other model in the Sonicare line, but I chose this model because it is the least expensive Sonicare with a lithium-ion battery. Best to keep your mouth closed when the brush is own to avoid spraying toothpast on your shirt. I won't really know how much more effective this device is compared to a manual brush until I next see my dental hygienist, but I hope that session is shorter than prior sessions.Read full review
