Bought this as a replacement for an Oral B brush with a battery that was reluctant to hold its charge for more than a few days. Chose this Philips model after it was selected as a Which? Best Buy. Had it about a month now and very pleased with it. The battery lasts a couple of weeks and can be fully charged overnight. Comfortable to hold and easy to clean teeth which it does better than the toothbrush it replaced. You do only get one brush with it and genuine additional Philips brushes are expensive. Noticeable improvement from my last electric toothbrush. Using it, my teeth feel unusually devoid of plaque. I am also amazed by the battery life. Since I received the brush, towards the end of February, it has not needed another charge after the initial one. It has been in daily use, yrat one month on it is still going.

'Does it clean well?' It appears to, but in relation to what?
