Product Does Not Work

I have been using the Phillips Norelco HS85 unit razor for about 15 years. All of the previous units I purchased worked great. This is the first time that I purchased a replacement for the razor head. The device is terrible. It shaves about 50% of my beard on every part of my face. I even tried to clean the new head and its razors with a toothbrush to see if something was coating the razors. There was no improvement. Read full review
