Had them before and they do the job well. They're not ugly or too big to have in the garden etc. only down side is, the screws to close the back and attach the spike are quite small and fiddly. The fish thief has gone!!
Built a new pond, whilst feeding the fish noticed one of the gang was missing!! Looking at the pond design, I realised that I had built the equivalent of a cat commercial fishery...oops. So off to the web, looked about, read the reviews and purchased a couple of Pestbye Ultrasonics. So, did they work? The first sign of success was some muddy paw prints on the pond decking just outside the range of the sensor, the next indicator of increasing success was stepping into the garden finding the culprit sitting on the fence above the pond watching the fish longingly wanting to dangle its paw and finally, after that encounter, no more culprit and no more other cats seen in the garden since!!!😀 So for me, they are a rip roaring success.
