The patlock device is easy to fit, an excellent way of deterring intruders and a very good method of providing peace of mind for the occupant. Easy to fit
The item arrived quickly and was easy to put on. It is also easy to remove.
It came with additional spindles to enhance security, it did say that a drill might be needed to increase the size of holes to fit the new spindles, however, so much drilling would have been required for my doors, that in the end I didn't replace the spindles. Probably deters rather than prevents
Does not prevent burglar breaking door glass and because the bolt has no keyed lock they can do what the owner does to release through broken glass

Good Product, but please ensure you add fit the Spindles as well
Very good Product. Genuine and easy to fit/install. However, it would be useful for any future purchaser if you could specify more clearly about the fitting of spindles that come with the product. It is essential that the spindles are fitted as well as the Padlock because without the fitting of the spindles the Patlock is not fully bullit proof and any would be burgler will still be able to enter the property as non-fitting of the spindles renders the Padlock much weaker, similar to an Achilles Heel problem
So please ensure in future descriptions that its essential to have the spindles installed - 4 star rating because this is not specified, otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating Read full review
